Booking Policy 🌱 Thank you for choosing to book a therapy session with us! We’re committed to creating a safe, supportive space for your mental health journey. Please read through our booking policy below to ensure everything runs smoothly: Booking & Cancellations Advance Booking: All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking portal. Cancellation Notice: We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This helps us offer your spot to someone else who may need it. Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will be charged at the full session rate. Exceptions may apply in case of emergencies—please let us know. Session Payment & Fees Payment Method: Payment is due at the time of your session, either before or immediately after the appointment. Sliding Scale Fees: We offer sliding scale rates based on your financial situation. Please reach out if you'd like to discuss payment options. Accepted Payments Confirmation & Reminders Confirmation: Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details. Reminders: You’ll also receive a reminder 24 hours before your session to help ensure you’re ready! Late Arrivals Arriving Late: If you’re running late, please notify us ASAP. Sessions will end at the scheduled time, and the full session fee still applies
